PLAVISA has at its disposal in its factory of Burgos more than 17.000 m2 of facilities, having at its disposal the higher technology and machinery in the sector talking about the filament winding process by numerical control (6 mandrels up to 12 m of length), processes of transference of resin (vacuum, RTM and so on), simultaneous projection, and so on. We have a highly qualified staff with 45 workers, as well as a wide technical team which counts on the more advanced programmes of design and calculation.

We work following a rigorous quality control which forces us to continuous tests and controls in each manufacture process, as well as to a meticulous and appropriate selection of the best raw materials. This continuous effort in order to improve, has taken us to obtain the certificate ISO 9001.

Thanks to our wide experience in productive process and the selection of raw materials allows us to take on any field where the storing of all kind of liquids, powder and chippings is needed, pressure tanks and so on. This allows us to develop so advanced techniques such as double wall of compound material and internal coating of thermoplastic.

Our commercial department counts on delegations all over Spain, France and Portugal, which is on the side of our clients, helping us to know them better and like that, we can give them the most suitable solutions to their necessities.

We adapt for all your necessities, manufacturing all kind of tanks with a capacity from 100 to 230.000 litres and with diameters of manufacture from 500 to 4.000 mm

We work with the main standards of calculation and design such as BS-4994-87, NTF-57900, UNE-EN-976, UNE 53.496/93, UNE 53.361/90, UNE 53.406/93, UNE 53.303/91 UNE 53.316/78, ICT MIE APQ 001/7, NI-502004, and so on.
