PLAVISA manufactures following its Quality Manual which the system has implanted since 2001, under the standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001, certified nowadays by BVQI.

The guidelines of design, manufacture and quality control are carefully followed in PLAVISA. All the products PLAVISA are manufactured following recognized prestige standards, carrying out the monitoring of the product, from the arrival of raw materials, following along the whole manufacturing process. Like this we achieve quality results confirmed by our more than 2000 customers after passing quality controls of the product which are made by auditor companies such as Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s, ATISAE, Eurocontrol and so on.

All the pieces are checked according to an exhaustive Programme of Inspection Points (P.P.I.), which takes from the dimensional control, polymerization, watertight tests and other trials made in the factory such as:

· Determination of the lost to the fire.(UNE 53-269-80)

· Determination of the chemical resistance.(UNE 53-316-78)

· Determination of the Barcol hardness. (UNE 53-270)

· Determination of residual styrene by the method of Wijs (UNE 53-304)

· Determination of resistance to traction. (DIN 53.455)

· Determination of resistance to flexion. (DIN 53-452)

· Determination of modulate elasticity in traction. (DIN 7.705)

· Determination of modulate elasticity in flexion. (DIN 53.452)

· Determination of lengthening to the break.

· Determination of coefficient of thermal dilation.

All our tanks are subjected to all the security standards in force. When the customer receives the tank all the certificates needed are sent for their standardization by Industry. 

PLAVISA counts on the Number of Sanitary Register (N.R.S. 39.267/BU), what allows us manufacture any tank for alimentary use.
